Policies

Park policies are intended to clearly communicate what is expected of all campers so that you have a positive experience. Your cooperation and adherence to these policies, and being a good neighbor, will establish the pleasant environment campers seek on their outings. Thank you for choosing Back Nine RV Park. Guests are expected to keep their site orderly, neat, clean, and free of clutter and litter

Leave No Trace

Back Nine RV Park adheres to a ‘leave no trace’ policy for people and pets. The trash from each site is expected to be picked up before departure. Trash receptacles and glass and aluminum recycling bins are available near the exit of the park. Please carefully and properly dispose of cigarette butts.

Guests are expected to keep their site orderly, neat, clean, and free of clutter and litter.

One vehicle parking

Parking

One vehicle may be parked on the gravel at each campsite. One golf cart/UTV may also be parked at the site. Additional vehicles may be parked near the site, on gravel, and without blocking traffic for other guests. The overflow parking area may be used for additional personal and guest vehicles.

The speed limit is 9 ½ MPH. Please observe this speed limit to ensure the safety of all guests.

Quiet time is from midnight to 8:00 AM

Quiet Time & Noise

Quiet time is from midnight to 8:00 AM. Be considerate of your neighbors. Radios or TVs should be heard at your campsite. Generators should not create excessive noise. Keep dogs that bark excessively inside your camper.

Temperatures fluctuate a lot in the winter months

Winter Guests

Temperatures fluctuate a lot in the winter months in Northwest Missouri. Winter guests are expected to be prepared for below-freezing temperatures and know how to take care of their RVs. Guests are expected to insulate the entire hydrant to ensure they have a ready supply of water to their RV. Damages from inadequate insulation will be charged to the guest.

Campsite sizes:
Sites 1-24 are 30’ x 50’;

Bicycles and Golf Carts

Outdoor Rugs

Outdoor rugs kill grass. Guests are asked to not use outdoor rugs or roll them up at night to give the grass a chance to breathe.

Mowing occurs once a week as the weather permits. Please pick up as many items as possible to get the best mowing coverage.

Bicycles and other non-motorized vehicles are welcome at Back Nine RV Park. Personal safety equipment is expected.

Golf carts are welcome at Back Nine RV Park. They should have standard golf cart tires. Golf carts need proper lighting to operate after dusk. An adult should supervise minors under the age of 16. Adults assume liability for underage drivers.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made three days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

Reservations can be rescheduled at no charge when the first reservation is changed 30 days or more in advance. Reservations made 30 days or less before the first reservation are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Early departure or weather conditions do not warrant a refund. Camping is an outdoor experience, and accordingly, refunds are not extended due to Mother Nature.
Guests with a reservation who do not show and fail to contact Back Nine RV Park will be considered a ‘NO SHOW,’ which is subject to a 0% refund.

Guests who pay on a monthly basis and who leave before the 15th of a month may receive a partial refund for days after the 15th of the month. Guests who leave after the 15th of a month will not receive a partial refund.

Day Guests

Your day guests are welcome at Back Nine RV Park. They are expected to abide by all park policies. Parking is available in the overflow parking area. Discrepancies with visitors will be addressed with the reservation holder.

Fire and Firearms

Fire and Firearms

Keep fires in designated fire pits only and stay with your fire at all times.

Trash should be taken to the dumpster, not burned in the fire ring.

Winter guests can depend on Back Nine to clear one road

Snow Removal

Winter guests can depend on Back Nine to clear a modest pathway from their campsite to the park exit. The exit may be used for both entry and exit during a substantial snowfall. Guests should be prepared to remove snow from their door to vehicle.
UTVs are permissible at the park, one per campsite

UTVs (Gators/Mules/Side by sides, etc.)

UTVs are permissible at the park, one per campsite. Guests are expected to have their own liability insurance coverage for the vehicle, its drivers, and its riders.

Water Toys

Water toys can be used for a $5 daily rate per campsite. Contact Tina at 660-224-9308 to make a payment. Payment can also be made at the time of reservation.

Back Nine RV Park, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property due to fire, theft, or any other cause. By staying at Back Nine RV Park, campers do hereby release Back Nine RV Park from all liability due to any loss or damage to property and injury to their person arising out of their use of Back Nine RV Park and agree to indemnify Back Nine RV Park, its management and staff, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to persons of any member of the family or guests of campers arising out of the use of Back Nine RV Park.

Back Nine RV Park is located in a rural, agricultural area. You may encounter wild animals, mice, snakes, insects, and poison oak. Please take appropriate precautions with children, pets, food storage, and garbage.

Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the campground for non-adherence to these policies or for any other reason.
